PUMA

Puma is similar with cat but this animals have bigger body compared with cat. Puma also have similar behavior as cat. The puma concolor, in the cat family, Felidae, is also called mountain lion or cougar. Pumas range from British Columbia through South America; they prefer forested areas and jungles and can adapt to various climates. A male puma way grow to be 1. 8 m (6ft) long, plus a tail of 60-90 cm (2-3 ft), and may weigh more than 91 kg (200 lb). The coat ranges in color from reddish to brownies yellow or gray. Black stripes reach from the mouth to the eyes, and the tail tip is back. The head is small and round with a black spot over each eye. The puma usually hunts at night. It climbs well, is an excellent jumper, and often drops from limbs onto its prey. Its mating call is a harsh scream. Litters, which are born usually 2 years apart, contain from one to five young.
